Returns

Although Baskets Of Joy guarantees your satisfaction with our products, we understand the occasional necessity to return merchandise. If a product is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge to you. If you must return items, please call us within 15 days of your invoice date at 1-800-377-6097 for your return authorization. Returns cannot be accepted after this time. Special orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Baskets Of Joy. Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it.
